In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our skilled Physical Therapists, assisting in patient care and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly day-to-day. Your work will directly support patients on their path to recovery and wellness.

Compensation:

$20 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in executing treatment plans, ensuring each patient receives personalized care.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized environment for optimal patient safety.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises, offering encouragement and support to foster progress and confidence.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members, bridging language gaps to enhance understanding and care.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the Physical Therapist, ensuring timely adjustments to treatment plans.
• Support administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records, to ensure seamless clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in a physical therapy clinic, to ensure familiarity with patient care routines.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English, bridging language gaps and enhancing patient understanding.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient treatment area, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions from Physical Therapists, assisting in the execution of personalized treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with patients, offering encouragement and support during their recovery journey.
