About the Position This position will play a key role in supporting the Rural Health Transformation Project in Mohave County by providing program supervision, direction, data collection, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to speak publicly, facilitate community meetings, and effectively engage and build relationships with community members, organizations, businesses, and other governmental agencies. A strong commitment to promoting community health and wellness is essential. Experience working with underserved populations or in rural communities is preferred. Compensation Salary Range 17 Steps 1-7 $25.65 - $30.63/HR Paid Time Off (PTO): 11 Paid Holidays. End of Year PTO Buyback (optional).
