Part-Time Store Leader | Sales, Merch & Events

POP MART Americas Inc. in Durham, NC is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to manage store operations, open and close procedures, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will supervise the sales floor, lead by example when supervisors are away, and partner with the Store Manager on process improvements, merchandising, and events.

The role requires strong attention to detail, data-driven decisions, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and a passion for POP MART brands.
