Some locations may not have immediate vacancies. Applications may be retained for up to six (6) months for consideration as future opportunities become available.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Universal Banker who is ready to join our team! Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support Branch Manager and Assistant Manager with daily branch operations

• Resolve complex transactions and customer concerns

• Lead, coach, and mentor teller and platform staff

• Assist with scheduling, vault and ATM balancing, and cash ordering

• Promote compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements

• Support sales and cross-selling efforts to meet branch goals

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience

• Perform teller, platform, and new account opening duties

• Support audits, risk rating accounts, and operational reviews

• Step into branch leadership responsibilities when needed

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 2–4 years of retail banking experience (teller and platform)

• Lead teller, universal banker, or supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance basics

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Sales and referral experience preferred

• Ability to lead by example and promote a positive team environment

• Comfortable with cash handling, vault operations, and ATM settlement

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems

• Must be bondable and pass background checks

• Willingness to travel to other branch locations as needed
