Whether your experience comes from a trade school, technical program, HVAC, electronics, manufacturing, laboratory work, military service, or another hands-on field, we'd like to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:Calibrate and maintain equipmentTroubleshoot issues and help keep operations running smoothlyMaintain accurate records and documentationPreventative maintenanceMonitor facility systems and respond to alertsKeep equipment records organized and up to dateWork closely with teammates and equipment vendorsSupport a clean, safe, and quality-focused work environmentLearn new technical skills in a regulated manufacturing environmentQualificationsWhat we are looking for:High school diploma or equivalentTechnical school, trade school, military training, or associate degree is a plusExperience or training with equipment, tools, maintenance, electronics, HVAC, refrigeration, instrumentation, laboratory or related field is a plusDetail-oriented with basic math and computer skillsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsCan follow procedures and stay organizedReliable, punctual, and a strong work ethicAbility to stay calm under pressure and work independently when neededEagerness to learn and grow in a technical roleFull-Time On-Site, Local Greater Pittsburgh, Must reside within 50 miles of Cook MyoSite Pittsburgh LocationNo direct metrology experience?
