Trade Marketing Specialist

What You Can Expect Activity Planning: Contribute to the preparation of a 12-month activity calendar and support the 4Ps through detailed analysis. Market & Customer Insights: Advise on customer and channel understanding, co‑create customer plans, and identify new market opportunities. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team and Key Account Managers to turn selling stories into effective sales tools and execute contractual provisions. POSM & Activations: Lead the development, production, and distribution of POSM materials, and manage in‑store consumer activations. Communication & Budget Management: Ensure proper communication with the Sales Team and trade partners, track trade‑related spending, and manage document flow related to trade activities. What You Bring to the Table Experience in sales/trade marketing in FMCG, minimum 1 year. Strong written and verbal communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations). Proven time & project management skills, including organizational skills, with attention to detail. Ability to cope with broad variety of tasks in a dynamic environment. Computer skills (MS Office applications/Google applications). Polish native and advanced English language (verbal and written). Education (min): Bachelor's degree. What Makes You Unique Strong analytical skills. Experience in working with external agencies and writing briefs. Good sales and finance understanding.
