Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW)
Canton, Illinois

We’re hiring a Licensed Therapist who wants meaningful patient relationships, outstanding work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a real difference in behavioral health.

You’ll step into an outpatient role providing evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. You’ll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Compensation & Benefits
\n • Base salary: $65,166–$80,787
\n • Medical insurance with 95% employer-paid employee premium and 50% employer-paid dependent premium
