Data Quality Lead

The consultant will build and lead the enterprise Data Quality program while also contributing directly to technical solutions. Responsibilities include defining data quality standards, creating automated quality rules, supporting data migrations and integrations, troubleshooting data issues, coordinating remediation efforts, developing executive dashboards, supporting regulatory audits, and partnering closely with Data Engineering to embed quality controls into enterprise data pipelines. This role is much more than a traditional Data Quality or Data Governance position. The client is looking for someone who can establish and mature their enterprise Data Quality program while remaining hands‑on with the technical work. Ideal Candidate SQL Python Spark Databricks Data Validation Data Profiling Data Quality Rules Data Governance Executive Reporting Experience within a Credit Union or Financial Institution is highly preferred.
