Your Growth Path

At Dependable Life Solutions, advancement is based on production, not tenure. Top-performing Sales Representatives are considered for Sales Manager roles on a merit-first basis. Many of our current managers started exactly where you're starting. The track is real, the timeline is yours to control, and the support to get there is built into the role from day one.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified clients to assess their needs and present final expense life insurance solutions
• Manage your appointment activity, pipeline, and follow-through to consistently hit production goals
• Build trust with clients and their families through honest, consultative conversations
• Shadow and collaborate with Sales Managers during ride-alongs and field coaching sessions
• Track your own performance metrics and hold yourself to the same standards we expect of our leaders
• Build the habits and production record that qualify you for advancement
• Represent Dependable Life Solutions' values and professionalism in every client interaction

Compensation

• Performance-based commissions on issued policies
• Weekly & monthly performance incentives
• Advancement to Sales Manager based on production — not how long you've been here
