The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive pediatric surgical coverage through day and night shift responsibilities managing 7-10 patients per day. The position involves responding to Level 1-3 trauma activations and performing pediatric surgical procedures in both inpatient and operating room settings. Board certification is required for this role. The clinician will work collaboratively to ensure continuous coverage for all pediatric surgical cases during assigned shifts.
