DC Global Talent Inc. in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a Director, Food & Beverage to lead all F&B outlets and partner with the Resort Manager and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results. You will shape menus and wine lists, manage purchasing, and drive promotions while leading recruitment, training, and performance of the F&B team, ensuring polished service and adherence to safety standards.
