Settlement & Title Closing Specialist
RealtySouth
RealtySouth is seeking a Settlement Processor in Forest, VA to handle pre-closing activities, coordinate with lenders, prepare the Closing Disclosure, issue title policies, record documents and make appropriate disbursements.
Responsibilities include reviewing and clearing titles, ordering bring-downs and tax certifications, processing recordings and letters of indemnity, and supporting post-closing duties with accuracy, timeliness and strong customer service.
