ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Chris has been a State Farm agent for five years and leads a small, close-knit team. A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Chris brings a relaxed, work/life balanced vibe to the office, where his beloved husky, Kade, greets customers daily. Hes big on team lunches and creating an easygoing, supportive environment. Chris is also active in the community, sponsoring the Farmsteads of New England golf tournament, donating to CASA of New Hampshire, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Christopher Murray - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
