What You'll Do
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
  • Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with PTAs and other members of the care team
  • Provide care to patients with a variety of ages, diagnoses, and needs
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Pay, Location & Schedule
  • Location: Lubbock, TX
  • PRN: $65–$75 per visit
  • Full-Time: $65,000–$75,000 per year
  • Weekly pay
  • Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and your availability
What We're Looking For
  • Active, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist license
  • At least 1 year of PT experience
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
  • Self-motivated, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
