This is an entry level position - $80,000-$90,000 based on experience 5 days a week onsite in Houston, Texas in the Galleria area Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required Preferred 1-4 years of experience with project management, sales, public speaking, or client management Preferred backgrounds in engineering, business administration, management, finance, economics, and life sciences. In this role, you will work alongside attorneys, accountants, engineers, and scientists to help businesses identify and substantiate valuable tax incentives related to innovation, product development, and process improvements. You will conduct client interviews, analyze technical and financial documentation, research industry-specific topics, and develop reports supporting tax credit claims. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with executives, CPAs, and cross-functional teams—including quality control, client relations, accounting, and tax professionals—to deliver projects accurately, on time, and with exceptional client service. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment while consistently identifying opportunities to maximize value for clients.
