Sales Executive

Our client, a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business by building a strong pipeline of prospects and closing new accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a true hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped commission potential .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Conduct on-site meetings to assess client needs and present customized service solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Track sales activity and pipeline performance within a CRM system
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (service-based industry preferred)
  • Proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with face-to-face client interaction and local travel
  • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $45k-55k + uncapped commission structure
  • Strong earning potential tied to performance
  • Mileage reimbursement or car allowance (if applicable)
