Chief Legal & Compliance Officer

Golden Spread Electric Cooperative in Amarillo, TX, seeks an experienced General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer (GC, CLO) to lead the Legal and Regulatory functions and serve as an Officer of the cooperative. This role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Board to align with strategic direction.
The GC, CLO will build credible external relationships, influence the compliance culture, and eventually lead the Compliance Office after the first year.
