Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to services or products. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service quality. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach. Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
