Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Summary The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization’s growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong process leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage and assist in developing the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy Support decision‑making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision‑making Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field 5+ years of relevant financial or accounting experience Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and a results‑driven mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting Proficiency in using financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling software) Fortune Fish & Gourmet is an equal opportunity employer.
