As our company continues to expand, we're looking for a driven and energetic Client Acquisition Consultant to help generate opportunities and fuel the next phase of growth. This role is critical in connecting business owners with solutions that can transform how they operate and serve their clients.

Our office in Celebration, Florida, is fast-paced, collaborative, and filled with people who care deeply about results, growth, and helping clients succeed.

Your Role

As a Client Acquisition Consultant you will be responsible for managing early-stage prospect conversations and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team.

Your day will include contacting leads, building rapport, asking effective qualifying questions, overcoming initial hesitation, and maintaining consistent communication until the prospect is ready to move forward.

You will work with leads generated through our marketing campaigns, events, referrals, existing database, social media channels, and other company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact inbound inquiries, referrals, previous prospects, database leads, and other warm opportunities.
• Communicate with clinic owners through phone calls, text messages, email, social media, and direct outreach.
• Start conversations, uncover business needs, and determine whether our services could be a good fit.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appropriate appointments with members of the sales team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who are not ready to make an immediate decision.
• Complete approximately 150200 outbound calls each day while maintaining professional, high-quality conversations.
• Keep prospects moving through the sales process by clearly documenting next steps and follow-up dates.
• Record accurate notes, activities, outcomes, and contact information within the CRM.
• Follow proven scripts and frameworks while contributing ideas that improve messaging and conversion.
• Work alongside the sales, marketing, and education teams to strengthen lead quality and appointment performance.
• Review individual performance numbers and work toward weekly and monthly activity targets.
• Take responsibility for personal results, pipeline activity, and scheduled appointment goals.

You understand that success in business development comes from consistent activity, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to continue moving forward after rejection or unanswered calls.

You are confident in your abilities but also open to coaching. You can receive direct feedback, apply it quickly, and continuously improve how you communicate and perform.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• One to three years of experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, customer service, lead generation, or another customer-facing position.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone.
• Clear and professional written communication across email, text, and social media.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and keep conversations focused.
• Comfortable working in a role that requires approximately 150200 outbound calls per day.
• Motivated by targets, measurable results, and performance-based expectations.
• Resilient and able to remain focused when prospects do not answer or decline.
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail when updating records, notes, and appointment information.
• Able to manage multiple conversations and priorities throughout the day.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead pipelines, or sales follow-up systems is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technology, services, and sales processes.
• Positive, competitive, and committed to contributing to a team environment.
• Interested in AI, business growth, marketing, and the private healthcare industry.

What You Will Receive

Guaranteed Base Salary

The position offers a base salary of $45,000$50,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.

Performance-Based Commission

You will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on your results and performance.

Paid Time Off

Team members receive 15 days of paid vacation, along with selected company holidays.

Predictable Working Hours

This is an in-office position with consistent working hours that are established in advance.

Established Lead Sources

You will connect with prospects who have already discovered Paul Gough Media through advertising, referrals, social media, events, educational content, previous conversations, and our existing database.

Although many of these prospects are familiar with the company, success still requires persistence, repeated follow-up, and a willingness to maintain a high level of daily phone activity.

Our Celebration office moves quickly, and team members are expected to communicate openly, support one another, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
