Key Responsibilities Support the Assistant Vice President of Loan Servicing in ensuring servicing rules are accurately identified, interpreted, implemented, and maintained. Ensure alignment with investor, partner, and credit reporting requirements. Proactively monitor industry servicing standards and rule updates. Monitor partner and investor communications to recommend timely adjustments to internal rules and processes. Serve as a liaison between loan servicing departments and external partners. Translate servicing expectations into internal rules. Requirements Experience in loan servicing. Understanding of investor and credit reporting requirements. Ability to interpret and implement rules and regulations. Strong communication and liaison skills.
