About the Position

We are seeking a PRN Trauma Surgery Physician to provide coverage in Stockbridge, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for a trauma surgeon seeking flexible, as-needed scheduling in a hospital-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage trauma patients

• Provide surgical consultation and inpatient trauma care

• Perform appropriate emergency and trauma surgical procedures

• Participate in multidisciplinary patient management

• Provide timely evaluation and treatment of acute surgical conditions

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery/Trauma Surgery

• Fellowship training in Trauma/Surgical Critical Care preferred

• Active Georgia medical license

• DEA registration

• Current ACLS certification
