Job Description Desired Skills & Experience Preferred At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes At least 3 years of experience in Mainframe, RACF & ACF2 Migration Skills At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment Experience in z/OS Migrations/Upgrades and Creating SYSRES Volume Expert knowledge of Mainframe Catalogs. Expert Knowledge in SMPE and USERMODs. Expert in Mainframe Storage, DFSMS and Tape Devices Expertise in WLM , RMF/SMF . Expertise in SAS/MXG , Omegamon , CA MICS and any other Performance Tools. Expertise in WLM , RMF/SMF . Expertise in SAS/MXG , Omegamon , CA MICS and any other Performance Tools. Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
