We are looking for a dependable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a Contract position based in Roanoke, Indiana. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal staff, helping maintain an organized and detail-focused office environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls each day, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide courteous assistance to callers.
• Welcome visitors as they arrive, monitor the secured entry point, and open the door for guests while maintaining an attentive front desk presence.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to support smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Monitor inventory of workplace materials and coordinate the purchase of office supplies as needed.
• Assist with arranging lunches or refreshments for meetings and office events when requested.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive experience for employees and visitors.
• Support general administrative tasks that help keep the office running efficiently and on schedule.• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar administrative support role.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle frequent inbound calls professionally.
• Experience managing mail distribution and other routine office support duties.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency with basic office tools and standard administrative procedures.
• Reliable attendance, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable coordinating office supplies and supporting meeting or lunch arrangements as needed.
