Customer Service Representative III

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across multiple communication channels.
• Provide accurate part, pump, and motor price quotes.
• Process customer orders and change requests in the ERP-LX Order Entry system.
• Maintain and update the Quote Log and Production Order Log Tracking Database.
• Assist with warranty claim processing and credit/no-charge requests.
• Provide order status updates and prepare customer communication folders.
• Support Sales teams with customer-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 Customer Service procedures.
• Perform tasks related to export compliance.
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Education/Experience:

• 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a Contact Center environment.
• Familiarity with multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, SMS) required.
• Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or some college coursework preferred.
