Duties Summary Duties are performed in support of the Board of Land and Natural Resources' intent to meet the approved social and economic demands of both the public and private sectors of the State of Hawaii. The Land Agent I serves in a trainee capacity, receiving orientation and training in the activities, work processes and procedures, statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to the transaction and management of public lands; and performs other duties as required.
