OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures and techniques, with an emphasis on molecular biology and quality control.DutiesPrepare process and finished product samplesPerform analytical testingWet chemistry procedures and record resultsPerform light maintenance and calibration on lab equipmentExperience2 or more years of experience with science degree preferredGood attendance historyExcellent safety record and awarenessStrong computer skillsExperience with lab instruments and operationsAbility to work on multiple tasks at a timeLift up to 40 lbs.We encourage candidates who are passionate about scientific research and eager to contribute to innovative projects to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Laboratory Technician.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:Rotating shiftAbility to Commute:Decatur, IL 62526 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Decatur, IL 62526: Relocate before starting work (Required)
