- Quality Inspector
- Wickliffe OH
- 1st shift working Mon-Fri from 6am-230pm with availability to work Saturday OT
- 2nd shift working Mon-Thurs from 215pm-1245am with availability to work Friday OT
- Pay range starts $18-$25/hour based on experience
- Contract to Hire opportunity
- 1 st piece inspection of parts.
- Regularly inspect material being produced using Raytech measuring table calipers micrometers and other gages.
- Inspect raw materials and perform audits on outgoing shipments.
- Using torque wrenches to ensure parts are assembled properly
- Assist in maintaining customer drawings and specs.
- Provide all necessary paperwork to shop floor for production.
- Provide all necessary measuring equipment and tools to production.
- Calibrate all measuring instruments in house and maintain instruments.
- Aid in evaluation that all quality procedures are being followed and implemented.
- 1 years experience performing inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to read tape measure and measuring gages i.e. calipers micrometers depth gages.
- Ability to convert fractions to decimals.
- Have basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Will be subject to other pre-employment screening.
