Location: Burlington, NJ Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually Description Title: Product Management Specialist Location: Marketing Leadership Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Management Specialist to support consumer products sold through retail and e-commerce channels. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with physical products, retail requirements, packaging, samples, product information, and cross-functional project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, digitally savvy, and able to keep detailed product initiatives moving accurately from development through launch and ongoing maintenance. Key Responsibilities Support the development, launch, and ongoing management of consumer products across retail and e-commerce channels. Maintain accurate product information, including specifications, item setup details, packaging information, costing inputs, customer requirements, and supporting documentation. Coordinate packaging development and revisions, including artwork approvals, product claims, compliance language, certifications, and customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to track timelines, approvals, samples, testing, launch milestones, and issue resolution. Coordinate third-party product testing and maintain quality, compliance, certification, and customer-required documentation. Conduct competitive research through retail observations, pricing reviews, e-commerce analysis, merchandising reviews, and product comparisons. Prepare customer presentations, sales support materials, product comparison analyses, product summaries, and related documentation. Manage product sample requests, presentation kits, shipments, follow-up activities, and sample organization. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to improve research, organization, reporting, analysis, and execution. Support additional product, marketing, sales, and customer initiatives as business needs evolve. Qualifications Experience working with retailers, e-commerce platforms, or consumer product organizations. Experience supporting physical consumer products, packaging, product launches, retail programs, e-commerce content, or product documentation. Understanding of retail and e-commerce requirements, including item information, product content, pricing, merchandising, customer requirements, and competitive positioning. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data exports, reports, online portals, product information, samples, and detailed documentation. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Experience using modern digital tools, including AI-enabled platforms, to improve organization, research, analysis, and operational effectiveness. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organization, time management, follow-up, and project tracking skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments, shifting priorities, and deadlines. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Capable of working through incomplete information, identifying gaps, and asking insightful questions. Self-motivated, resourceful, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
