As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems while developing a deeper understanding of system operation, diagnostics, and performance. This position offers a clear opportunity for advancement into a Service Technician role.

What You'll Do:

• Perform scheduled HVAC preventative maintenance visits
• Clean and inspect air conditioning and heating equipment
• Replace filters, belts, and other maintenance components
• Check electrical connections and system performance
• Identify potential issues before they become major repairs
• Communicate maintenance recommandations to internal team
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC maintenance experience
• EPA certification is a plus
• Basic hand and power tools
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Houston weather
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with overtime based on seasonal demand
