Senior Global Regulatory & Reporting Lead

Invesco is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to lead regulatory reporting and compliance for our U.S. operations and global activities. The role focuses on SEC, CFTC/NFA, and Form PF obligations, with collaboration across teams to ensure timely disclosures and robust controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong compliance/audit background in asset management, familiarity with trading systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
