About the Role:

Habitat for Humanity of Walton County's ReStore is looking for a dependable and energetic ReStore Driver to join our mission-driven team in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL! In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our operation — picking up donated goods and delivering them in support of a cause that builds homes, communities, and hope.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a ReStore donation pickup truck safely and efficiently throughout the Walton County service area
• Pick up donated furniture, appliances, building materials, and household goods from donors
• Load and unload donations using proper lifting techniques and equipment
• Inspect donated items in the field and make acceptance decisions based on ReStore guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Habitat for Humanity professionally during donor interactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe truck and equipment
• Coordinate with ReStore staff on scheduling, routing, and inventory intake

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to safely operate a box truck or large cargo vehicle
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet throughout the day
• Prior experience in delivery driving, moving, or logistics preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Passion for community service and alignment with Habitat for Humanity's mission
