Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Or Physician AssistantWe are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in North Andover, Massachusetts. This provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a broad spectrum of non-emergent conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care environment.Opportunities are available across multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.Schedule: Centers operate seven days per week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with full-time defined as a 36-hour workweek.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $75–$85 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.Requirements:Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licenseBoard certification as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse PractitionerCurrent or eligible licensure in MassachusettsPrior urgent care experience preferredCurrent CPR, BLS, and ACLS certificationsWorking knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standardsStrong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused, team-oriented approachPractice Environment: Work in a modern, well-equipped urgent care setting with access to advanced medical technologies and resources that support high-quality clinical care.Location Highlight: North Andover offers a desirable suburban setting with convenient proximity to Boston, providing access to world-class cultural, educational, and recreational opportunities.
