CDL A Flatbed - $29/hr - Local - Nashville, TN
We are currently seeking a dedicated Class A driver. This position offers a starting pay rate of $29.00 per hour with a Monday-Friday schedule, starting at 6:30/8 am.Pay & Job Details
- Pay: $29.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Start Time: 6:30/8 am
- Route: Local
- Freight: Counter tops, natural stone slabs- Will assist in touching freight
Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment
- Strap, assist in unload- Wedge the slabs apart and customer will continue the unload. Trucks are preloaded
- Transport in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1+ year of recent, verifiable CDL driving experience
- Will train on the Flatbed
- Strong backing skills
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
