Here’s What Your Compass Career Looks Like: 6–11 Clients A manageable caseload that gives you time to know your clients, support families, analyze data, and make thoughtful clinical decisions. 24 Billable Hours/Week We recognize that being a BCBA involves much more than billable services. Our 24-hour weekly expectation gives you time for treatment planning, supervision, caregiver training, documentation, collaboration, and professional development. Administrative Support Spend less time chasing authorizations, staffing, intake, scheduling, and other operational issues. Our support teams help handle the administrative work so you can focus on behavior analysis. Additional Earning Potential Exceed your billable target and have the opportunity to increase your earnings through our performance-based compensation model. As your career develops, opportunities may include clinical leadership, supervision, training, mentorship, program development, and other leadership roles. $73,000–$100,000 Base Salary + Additional Earning Potential Full-time BCBAs are eligible for: Health, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability 401(k) with up to 4% employer match after the first year HSA options Generous PTO Therapeutic supply reimbursement Professional development and continuing education opportunities What You'll Do As a Compass BCBA, you will: Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Analyze data and adjust treatment based on client progress Supervise and support clinical team members Train and collaborate with caregivers Coordinate care with families and other professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation Provide services across clinic, home, and community settings What We’re Looking For Active BCBA certification Virginia BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain within one month of hire Master’s degree in a related field Valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience Experience with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred Why Compass?
