Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking:

Position: Precast Concrete Production Team Member

Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Overtime as needed

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 DOE

Location: Selma, NC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Precast Concrete Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assisting in the production of precast concrete products in a plant environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and clean molds/forms for concrete pouring

- Set up forms and install rebar or reinforcement as required

- Pour, spread, and finish concrete in molds

- Monitor curing process to ensure product quality

- Strip finished concrete products from molds and inspect for defects

- Perform basic repairs or finishing work as needed

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

- Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished products

Qualifications

- Previous construction or manufacturing experience preferred

- Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic instructions

- Experience with concrete, carpentry, or rebar is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Strong attention to detail and quality

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs (over 50 lbs requires team lift)

- Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods

- Work in a non-climate-controlled (hot/cold) environment

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks

Work Environment

- Industrial/precast concrete plant setting

- Exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment

- Overtime may be required based on production needs
