Finance Specialist Roncalli Catholic Schools | Roncalli Elementary School (Manitowoc, WI) Pay: $21.00-$23.00/hour Status : Full-time Location : Roncalli Elementary School Why it matters The School Financial Specialist helps ensure the financial health of Roncalli Catholic Schools by maintaining accurate financial records, supporting enrollment initiatives, managing tuition-related processes, and serving as an Authorized Designee for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). The big picture This role combines accounting support, student billing, enrollment assistance, and Choice Program administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and stewardship of school resources. What you\'ll do Financial administration Maintain accurate financial records and support accounting processes. Assist with GAAP and DPI financial and enrollment audits. Monitor accounts receivable and student-related billing. Collect tuition and verify student fees, including hot lunch and athletics. Serve as an Authorized Designee for the WPCP. Receive, review, and verify applicant documentation. Communicate with applicants and families. Support required reporting, tracking, and compliance activities. Administer the tuition assistance program. Assist families with tuition-related questions and processes. Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) Serve as an Authorized Designee for the WPCP. Receive, review, and verify applicant documentation. Communicate with applicants and families. Support required reporting, tracking, and compliance activities. Tuition & enrollment support Administer the tuition assistance program. Support enrollment management initiatives. Assist families with tuition-related questions and processes. What you’ll bring Associate degree in accounting, business, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of accounting, recordkeeping, and office procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform accurate financial and mathematical calculations. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computers and office software. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
