Concrete Laborer - Can Start ASAP

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to assist with foundation waterproofing. This role involves physically demanding tasks such as moving materials to and from the worksite and using hand tools and shovels for digging trenches. While advanced skills in trades are not required, familiarity with spray applied waterproofing or dimple board application is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with foundation waterproofing using specified systems such as Dow Styrofoam Board, HouseGuard Waterproofing System, and Delta MS Foundation Waterproofing Membrane.
• Move materials to and from the worksite.
• Utilize hand tools and shovels to move dirt and dig trenches.
• Work effectively in a team of 1-3 people, often in outdoor conditions.
• Meet at the shop each morning with the ability to travel to job sites in company vehicles.

Hours

Monday-Friday

7:00 AM - 3:30PM - could start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 5:00 PM if needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, military, or farming is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $25.00/hr.
