Territory Sales Manager

We are a growing window manufacturer based in Fort Worth, Texas expanding our footprint into Tennessee and looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to lead the charge in-market. About the Role As our Territory Sales Manager for Tennessee, you'll own the growth and performance of your territory — building and managing a book of business with builders, dealers, and distribution partners. You'll live and work in the Tennessee market, giving you the on-the-ground presence to build trust, respond quickly, and grow relationships that drive real results. You'll report directly to our National Sales Manager and play a key role in NT Window's continued expansion. What You'll Do Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow revenue across the Tennessee market Identify, prospect, and onboard new builder, dealer, and distributor accounts Manage and grow existing customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact in-market Deliver product training and support to customers on NT Window's product lines Track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and report performance against territory quotas Represent NT Window at industry events, trade shows, and customer site visits as needed Partner with National Sales Manager and internal teams (customer service, production, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities What We're Looking For 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in building products, construction materials, or a related industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory or field sales role Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Self-motivated and comfortable managing an independent, remote territory Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Tennessee territory Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tennessee market What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Critical Illness, 401k company matching, etc Vehicle allowance, cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement, etc The opportunity to grow with a well-established, reputable manufacturer investing in new markets #J-18808-Ljbffr NT Window Inc.
