Human Resources Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish/English)

A Plus Care Licensed Home Care Agency is seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively multitask, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Position Responsibilities

• Enter all new hires into the New Hire database accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and track employee compliance requirements, including required documentation and renewals.
• Maintain, update, and process employee termination records.
• Assist with new hire orientation and employee in-service training.
• Prepare new hire packets and maintain complete, accurate, and organized personnel files.
• Process employment verification requests and other HR-related documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Human Resources experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with HHA Exchange is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $22.00 -$26.00 per hour (based on experience)
