Inbound Crew Member (Inbound Receiver)

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Pay: $17.50/hr

Reports to: Inbound Lead

Responsibilities:

Receive new products as they enter the building.
Inspect products for damage upon receipt.
Ensure all FSQA standards are met at receipt.
Meet established standards for quantity and quality of work on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
Ability to meet established standards for quantity and quality of work.
Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment averaging 34F.
Adherence to health & safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to provide coaching and/or feedback in a constructive manner.
