Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialty pharmacy in Brainerd, MN is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to support long-term care operations on a contract basis for 13+ weeks. This role offers a structured schedule and an opportunity to apply your expertise in a focused pharmacy setting.
Location: Brainerd, MN
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Some weekends required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee pharmacy operations specific to long-term care
- Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with regulations and pharmacy policies
Desired Qualifications:
- PharmD degree or equivalent professional pharmacy degree
- Experience in retail or specialty pharmacy settings
- Immunization certification and CPR certification preferred
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a strong plus
