Rush Heart & Vascular, part of the Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, is seeking a BC/BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing practice in Chicago’s western suburbs. This physician will play a key role in expanding and enhancing cardiovascular care across our Yorkville and Aurora communities, with a balanced clinical practice serving patients at both Rush Copley Medical Center and our Yorkville location. The ideal candidate will be board certified in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Experience with Cardiac CTA is preferred.

Department Specifics:

• Rush Heart & Vascular’s western region practice serves patients throughout Chicago’s western suburbs, with a strong presence at Rush Copley Medical Center and in Yorkville. Our team includes specialists dedicated to diagnosing and treating virtually every type of cardiac or vascular condition in adults.

• We provide comprehensive care for both the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease.

• Our services include general cardiology, interventional cardiology, and electrophysiology, supported by a fully equipped diagnostic center offering nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and vascular ultrasound.

• We offer early detection and screening programs, an outpatient chest pain center, and advanced cardiac CT/MRI services.

• Through our partnership with Rush University Medical Center, patients have access to nationally recognized subspecialty programs in cardio-oncology, advanced heart failure, and structural heart disease.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient care to patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions across both Rush Copley Medical Center and our Yorkville location.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the cardiology program.

• Contribute to program growth and innovation through participation in outreach, education, and clinical research initiatives.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain board certification and credentialing requirements.

• Three or more years of experience preferred.

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range: $510,000 - $695,000
