Job Description

Join Cafecito, a laid-back restaurant and coffee shop where Armenian, Argentinian, and Italian cuisines meet in a welcoming atmosphere! We're looking for experienced Servers, Bussers, and Baristas who are passionate about hospitality and available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.

Barista We're looking for an experienced barista who takes coffee seriously! Consistent espresso, clean latte art, and fast hands required.

- Prepare espresso-based drinks and coffee to a consistent standard, drink after drink, even during a rush.

- Keep the bar clean and organized throughout service.

- Be willing to learn our menu well enough to explain it to guests.

- Willing to learn, and craft a small tailored cocktail menu

Server As the face of Cafecito, we are looking for personable servers who can read a table, move fast without rushing guests, and make people want to come back.

-Provide attentive, friendly service to our guests

-Take orders accurately and make thoughtful menu recommendation

-Manage multiple tables with ease and grace

-Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff

-Maintain a clean, organized dining space

-Handle payments and transactions professional

Bussers

Looking for fast paced support staff who are willing to look at the restaurant collectively and move service forward. Experience not required to candidates with the right attitude, and weekend availability.

What we look for in Candidates:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
Reliability and a genuine passion for hospitality
Willingness to learn and grow with our team
All staff must have current NM food workers permits, Alcohol permits required by servers and baristas

Compensation:

Hourly depending on experience and position
Servers tipped on individual-keeping system
Barista and support staff tipped out daily on hours worked

We're committed to training the right people and offer opportunities for lead positions to those with extensive experience.
