Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Servers to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service that keeps our guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests while providing menus and daily specials
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to timing
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or dietary accommodations
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift
- Process payments and ensure accurate check handling
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold Bistro 313’s high standards for food presentation and guest experience
Requirements
- 1+ years of server experience in a full-service restaurant (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service (a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, team player, and professional appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States
- Food Handler’s certification (or ability to obtain one)
