Skilled Working Foreman – Mechanical & Structural

Position Summary
Botta’s Concrete is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead crews while actively performing structural and mechanical construction work. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on field experience, and the ability to coordinate work safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schedules. Responsibilities align with foreman duties such as project supervision, safety leadership, inspections, coordination meetings, and maintaining field documentation.

• Lead and work alongside field crews.

• Read and interpret structural and mechanical drawings.

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

• Install and oversee structural supports, foundations, embeds, anchors, and mechanical systems.

• Maintain quality control and jobsite safety standards.

• Attend project coordination and safety meetings.

• Coordinate inspections and complete punch-list items.

• Maintain daily reports and as-built documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction and foreman experience.

• Knowledge of structural, mechanical, and concrete construction.

• Ability to read plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• OSHA 30 preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
