Quarterly bonuses on top of your base pay Referral Bonus Program Full medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, and holiday pay Community involvement events and partnerships Certified™ as a 2026 Great Place to Work®, based entirely on employee feedback Position Schedule 12-hour static shifts (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm) Position Duties Help operate and support production lines Ensures plant is operating safely and all safety precautions are being taken by employees Responsible for the management of a shift of employees by assigning responsibilities, delegating tasks and responsibilities and training and development for employees Conducts performance evaluations and makes recommendations of assigned staff at the discretion of the Production Manager Oversees shift to ensure production is running lean and staying on schedule. Performs daily audits and reports any issues in a timely matter. Promote continual KPI improvements and active contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.
