Responsibilities Provide ongoing psychotherapy services for clients of ACHIEVE Psychotherapy should be consistent with evidence-based practices, patient-centered, and consistent with client need, involve collaterals, natural supports and community, as appropriate. It should be trauma-informed and medically-necessary to remediate pathology or prevent decompensation Our clinicians and staff are encouraged to use decision-making, provide services and referrals that are comprehensive, clinically driven, creative, proactive and supportive for the client.
