Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician Assistant

Saint Francis Health System is seeking an experienced Lead Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing Neuroscience Department in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative APP leader to help support the growth and development of our Neurosurgery APP team while providing high-quality patient care. Position Highlights: Full-time, Monday Friday schedule with a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient care, and OR responsibilities Lead and support a growing team of Neurosurgery APPs Coordinate APP call schedules, including Trauma and Group Call Provide clinical support across inpatient and outpatient settings First assist in the OR, including procedures up to three days per week Support APP onboarding, mentorship, education, recruitment, and retention Collaborate closely with Neurosurgery physicians and operational leadership Help develop and improve APP workflows, quality initiatives, and programmatic metrics Serve as a resource and advocate for the APP team Opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a Level I Trauma Center and expanding Neuroscience Department Qualifications: PA preferred, APRNs considered Minimum 3 years of APP experience in Neurosurgery Prior leadership, mentorship, or program development experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, communication, and organizational skills Ability to effectively balance outpatient, inpatient, and OR responsibilities Join a collaborative Neurosurgery team and help shape the future of a growing APP program at Saint Francis Health System.
