Staff Registered Nurse

Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee the training and care of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers. This role educates and supports patients by providing patient care and guidance as part of the nephrology team. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for PD and HHD patients as part of in-center and home dialysis programs. Oversee the training and ongoing care of PD and HHD patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, self-care, and treatment options. Collaborate with the nephrology team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff involved in dialysis treatment and training. Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the appropriate jurisdiction. Dialysis experience preferred (PD/HHD and in-center dialysis). Strong communication and education skills; ability to work with patients and families.
